Vattenfall has named David Flood as Head of its Business Unit Offshore Wind, effective 2 March 2026. He joins from Statkraft, where he led the company’s offshore wind operations. Flood has 20 years’ experience in the fossil-free energy sector, covering offshore and onshore wind, solar, hydropower and grid services.
He has held senior management roles in developing and delivering European renewable projects, including leading Statkraft’s offshore wind business for the past three years. He will report to Catrin Jung and become a member of the Business Area Wind Management Team.
