Integrated Wind Solutions has taken delivery of its fifth Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (CSOV), IWS Moonwalker, through its subsidiary IWS Fleet. The vessel, built by China Merchants Industry Holdings, is currently en route to Europe.
Ordered in January 2023, IWS Moonwalker was delivered on schedule and at the original yard price of approximately EUR 52.5 million. It is the fifth in a series of six identical vessels designed to support offshore wind projects, with the final vessel due for delivery in 2025. IWS Fleet has secured a fixed 200-day charter for IWS Moonwalker, with additional options, from an existing client. The charter is set to begin in September 2025, following the vessel’s arrival in Europe.
