Envision Energy India has signed an agreement with Evren to supply approximately 152 units of its EN 156/3.3 MW turbine platform for a wind project in Andhra Pradesh. The order represents a total capacity of 501.6 MW.
Evren, backed by the Brookfield Global Transition Fund (BGTF), aims to develop more than 10 GW of renewable energy capacity across India, including wind, solar, and battery storage projects in states such as Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. Envision’s 3.3 MW turbines feature a 156-metre rotor diameter and a 140-metre hub height.
