Huisman has signed a contract with Vard to supply a 250 tonne-metre knuckle boom crane for a new offshore construction vessel being built for Dong Fang Offshore (DFO).
The vessel is under construction at Vard and will be deployed in the Taiwanese offshore wind sector. The crane will be fitted with a below-deck winch and is designed to support heavy-lift operations.
